Applications are open. One per adult, about twenty minutes. It covers the ground we would otherwise work through across several conversations.成人お一人につき一通です。設問は多めですが、意図したものです。本来であれば三度の面談でお伺いする内容を、一度にまとめています。

One month is the minimum最短契約期間は1か月
This is a residential lease, not accommodation. If you need somewhere for a few weeks, this is not it.宿泊施設ではなく、住居の賃貸借契約です。数週間のご滞在先をお探しの場合は、対象外となります。
The lease ends on its end date契約は期間満了で終了します
A fixed-term lease does not renew by itself. Continuing means signing a new contract, agreed by both sides in advance.定期建物賃貸借契約は自動更新されません。継続する場合は、双方の合意のうえ、事前に新たな契約を締結します。

What we do with what you tell usご提供いただく情報の取扱いについて
Your answers are used to decide on your application and, if it is accepted, to prepare the lease. Nothing else. We do not ask for your My Number, and an application that does not lead to a tenancy is deleted after 24 months.ご回答は入居審査と、承認された場合の契約準備にのみ使用します。マイナンバーはお伺いしません。入居に至らなかった申込書は24か月後に削除します。

What we collect. Your name, date of birth, contact details, gender, and the answers you give about your circumstances and your reasons for applying.取得する情報 お名前、生年月日、連絡先、性別、および申込書にご記入いただくご事情やお申し込みの理由に関する内容。
Why. To decide on your application, and, if it is accepted, to prepare and perform a lease. Nothing else.利用目的 入居審査、および承認された場合の賃貸借契約の締結と履行のためです。それ以外には利用しません。
Who sees it. The operator of Horizon House. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties except where the law requires it.共有の範囲 ホライズンハウス運営者のみが取り扱います。第三者への提供や販売は行いません。ただし法令に基づく場合を除きます。
What we do not ask for. We do not ask for your My Number, and we do not require an image of your ID at the application stage.お伺いしないもの マイナンバーはお伺いしません。また、申込の段階で本人確認書類の画像のご提出は求めません。
Correction and deletion. Write to the address below to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted.開示・訂正・削除 保有状況の確認、訂正、削除のご依頼は、下記アドレスまでご連絡ください。

How long we keep it. An application that does not lead to a tenancy is deleted 24 months after the decision, or after our last real contact with you, whichever is later. Earlier enquiries are kept for the same period.保存期間 入居に至らなかった申込書は、審査結果の決定日、または最後に実質的なご連絡をいただいた日のいずれか遅い日から24か月後に削除します。お問い合わせ段階の情報も同じ期間です。
After you submitご送信後の流れ
You will hear back either way. If accepted, the next step is a proposed room, start date and term. After that comes the written explanation of the lease, before anything is signed.結果はいずれの場合もご連絡します。承認の場合、次は部屋・入居開始日・契約期間のご提案です。そのうえで、署名の前に契約内容の事前説明(書面)を行います。
